Vice President, Global Human Resources
Donna Manchester combines a highly analytical approach and strategic planning with a visionary thrust in her Human Resources accomplishments. Her expertise is founded in 27 years of extensive experience in strategic human resources leadership positions for enterprises in a variety of industries. Her international HR experience encompasses a mastery of employee benefits, employment law, workforce planning and global talent acquisition, performance management, professional development, and compensation practices.
Since joining Everest Group in 2003, her strategic mandate has been to establish and direct infrastructure initiatives that support the firm’s growth objectives. She acts as a professional development coach and strategic advisor to the firm’s partners. She is responsible for bringing distinctive talent into the firm, promoting career development, and managing employment risk for the firm’s U.S., Canadian, Australian, U.K., Netherlands, and Indian operations. Her contributions include the implementation of a robust talent acquisition process, development of the firm's Designated Group Leader program, and implementation of a performance management system that supports the professional development of the firm's consulting resources.
Before joining Everest Group, Donna served as Vice President, Human Resources and Strategic Solutions for CDG & Associates, a national HRIS consulting firm serving Fortune 1,000 clients. In addition to directing all HR activities for CDG, she launched a new business practice delivering accelerated system evaluations and she implemented processes that were instrumental in the firm receiving numerous awards.
Previously, as Vice President, Human Resources Consulting Services at Corporate Health Plans of America, Inc. (CHPA), Donna was instrumental in the start-up phase of the organization then launched and ran a profitable HR consulting practice.
Donna has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Relations & Business, with Honors. Her professional certifications and licensures include Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), State of Texas Group 1 Insurance Agent License, and Advanced Practitioner Certification, Society of Neuro Linguistic Programming. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Specialists.
