Peter Bendor-Samuel is recognized worldwide as a leader in helping companies harness the strategic power of outsourcing. Peter’s thought leadership and expertise span more than two decades of developing significant, large-scale outsourcing and partnering solutions in a broad range of industries and business processes. His unique understanding of both buyer and service provider perspectives has shaped the methodology and framework analysis tools Everest Group uses to create sophisticated, enduring business solutions that capture and sustain optimal value.

Peter is the recipient of the 2001 Outsourcing World Achievement Award, recognizing his impact on the outsourcing industry as a professional who demonstrates innovation, breaks new ground and establishes standards on which others can build. He also serves as honorable advisor to the Strategic Outsourcing Council of Japan.

Peter is the author of “Turning Lead Into Gold: The Demystification of Outsourcing,” a book that shares the principles that make outsourcing work successfully and highlights how buyers and service providers can construct enduring, win-win relationships.

Peter is regularly quoted in business magazines and periodicals and writes the articles about outsourcing and business strategies featured as the introduction to Forbes’ special outsourcing sections. He is a frequent keynote speaker at corporate and industry events and often is asked to provide insight to the media and industry leaders on outsourcing and current business trends.

Before founding Everest Group, Peter was an executive with EDS.

Peter is also the founder of the Outsourcing Center, an Everest Group company that‘s the largest online community providing educational resources on outsourcing.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from Baylor University.
