These included a market-entry strategy for a leading healthcare company, a sourcing strategy for a large global retailer, a growth strategy for an emerging Indian pharmaceutical company, and the post-merger integration of another pharmaceutical company. Gaurav also reduced operating costs by more than 10% for an US$800 million automotive firm by defining sourcing strategies in a purchasing and supply chain management initiative.
