Carl Esposti’s sourcing expertise comes from 20 years of working for several Tier-1 service providers and a Tier-1 sourcing advisory firm before joining Everest Group. His expertise in ITO and BPO includes a focus on process reengineering, implementing back-office offshore capability, peer-to-peer business models, as well as advising and facilitating business integration and support in mergers/acquisitions/ divestitures. His main areas of domain expertise are IT, HR, procurement, and multi-function BPO. Carl is known for his ability to view business opportunities in a unique manner, drive to the issues quickly, and determine appropriate winning strategies.
Before joining Everest, Carl was a Partner with TPI, where he ran the Global Capture Management function. In addition to strategy development supporting new business, he managed and upgraded the firm’s infrastructure repositories and systems. He also identified and migrated work offshore. In addition, he served as the Sector Partner Americas and as a member of the Operations Executive Board and was responsible for the firm’s engagement delivery in allocated sectors and for West Coast clients. Carl was also a Partner and founding member of TPI Europe. In addition to his responsibilities associated with successful delivery of large, complex sourcing engagements, he was responsible for designing and developing the firm’s methodologies for a European market, establishing the business operating model and processes, establishing a client conference program, as well as developing key supplier and market relationships.
Prior to TPI, Carl was the Director, Service Design Leader, at Perot Systems, where he developed an innovative service partnership framework and service model to integrate multiple service offerings and build new capability. Before joining TPI, he was the Director, European Business Development, at CSC, where his key responsibilities included ITO engagements and M&A leadership across EMEA. Prior to working with CSC, Carl was the Sales Operations Manager of CFM Group (now Fujitsu). He was responsible for developing and implementing the firm’s private-sector business plan and was a member of the management team directing operational strategy. Earlier in his career, he worked with Accenture in the position of Business Development Manager and was responsible for the firm’s start-up division responsible for a new product and methodology. Before Accenture, he was a Senior Account Manager with Computer Associates.
