Planning

Our detailed business plans provide “go, no go” solutions, financial modeling and determination of the best way to deliver the in scope services through alternative scenario analysis. For instance, we'll consider the pros and cons of using internal resources, external resources, a captive subsidiary where costs are lower, a shared services center, outsourcing or a combination. Other services include analytic industry data, supplier identification, and location optimization.

Execution

The development of implementation plans is a joint effort. It starts with you and Everest working to link your delivery objectives to the strategic objectives we identified in the business planning phase... From there, we will work together to develop a solution that optimizes the delivery approach. The delivery approach will vary widely from client to client, and the advice we can provide is unique because of the broad range of our capabilities and experiences. Our services include service delivery optimization, change management, location consolidation/optimization, captive implementation, assistance with sourcing transactions, governance, and retained organization design.

Negotiation

Many solutions require the services of outsourcers or other third- parties. Our interest-based negotiation tactics help us achieve the best results for our clients while setting the stage for a multiyear relationship. This approach also reduces time to contract by minimizing contention over minor topics. Buyers can also count on us for advice on whether or not to engage in parallel-track negotiations to minimize backsliding as agreements in principle are finalized into contracts.

Post Implementation and Continuous Improvement

Serving our clients from sourcing strategy all the way through implementation and ongoing monitoring is critical. Most issues that cause a change in the delivery model to fail can be traced back to missed expectations during the transition. We work to ensure that we deliver value and to make certain our client is not overwhelmed by change management issues.
