Senior Consultants - Amsterdam & London:  Senior Consultants are members of an engagement team working primarily as individual contributors and subject matter experts in support of client work.  They work under the supervision of an Engagement Director to develop strategies and analyze options to create value for our clients.   

Senior Consultants are required to have a bachelor's degree (business related, CS or Engineering) and 7 years of experience or a master's degree (MBA, CS or Engineering) and 3 years of experience in operations strategy or management consulting.  This can include sourcing advisory, operations advisory, strategic management consulting or experience as a supplier or buyer of sourcing services. Management experience with marketing analysis, methods and pricing approaches used by suppliers in the sourcing market will also be considered. Language skills (Dutch, German and French) are highly desirable, as is industry expertise in ITO, ADM, F&A or Financial Services. Apply Now.

Engagement Directors - Amsterdam & London:  Engagement Directors are responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of clients projects, providing direction for the Everest consulting team and any client team members.  They develop thoughtful recommendations and advice for client executives, help develop the consultants on their team, look for additional opportunities to serve their clients and contribute to the firm's knowledge and processes. 

Engagement Director's are required to have a bachelor's degree (business related, CS or Engineering) and 9 years of experience or a master's degree (MBA, CS or Engineering) and 5 years of experience in operations strategy or management consulting.  This can include sourcing advisory, operations advisory, strategic management consulting or experience as a supplier or buyer of sourcing services. Associate Principal - London:  Associate Principals manage multiple engagements through the oversight of the project Engagement Directors.  They are responsible for delivering successfully on a specific intellectual property platform, for developing new client opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships, and for developing consulting talent within the firm. Associate Principals report to the senior leadership team of the firm.

Associate Princiapl's are required to have a bachelor's degree (business related, CS or Engineering) and 10 years of experience or a master's degree (MBA, SC or Engineering) and 7 years of experience in operations strategy or management consulting.  This can include sourcing advisory, operations advisory, strategic management consulting or experience as a supplier or buyer of sourcing services.
